Shipping policy

Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We do not ship from Japan, so there are no import delays or customs surprises within the EU.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after payment. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time
Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1 to 5 working days. Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

Wholesale orders, other countries
Shipping costs depend on the destination and order size. The exact amount is shown on your invoice before you pay.

Our wholesale sample kit is free. You only pay shipping:

Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Poland: €10,50

Online shop orders
Shipping costs for orders from our online shop are calculated at checkout.

Outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are paid by the recipient.

Storage
Our matcha is sealed and travels safely at room temperature. Once it arrives, we recommend storing it in the fridge.
