Is your matcha organic?
Yes, it is EU organic certified under Regulation (EU) 2018/848. The certificate can be verified in the EU TRACES database. We send it on request.
Where does it come from?
From partner farms in Aichi and Kagoshima, Japan. The origin per grade is on our wholesale page.
What is tested, and by whom?
An independent, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory tests each batch for pesticides (approximately 250 compounds), cadmium and lead, and microbiology. The latest reports are available on request.
What is the shelf life?
Minimum 36 months. The best before date is on the report and on the packaging.
Does it contain allergens or GMO?
No. The only ingredient is organic green tea.
Can I put the organic logo on my own packaging?
That depends on your country and your control body, because you may need your own organic registration when you repack or label. Check with your control body first. We can provide the batch and certificate details you need.

0902.10.00 for packs up to 3 kg and 0902.20.00 above 3 kg.
