Can you provide documentation for private label?
Yes. We provide our EU Organic certificate, JAS certificate and COA with every order. You are welcome to use the EU Organic logo on your packaging — we will provide the certification details and control body code.
Is your matcha tested for heavy metals and pesticides?
Yes. Every batch is tested for 600+ pesticide substances, heavy metals including lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic, microbiology and sensory quality. All results are within EU limits and available on request.
How fast can you provide a batch report?
We archive all documentation per batch. COA reports are available on request, typically within 24 hours. Contact us at info@yumemaza.com.
Which certifications does your matcha carry?
Our matcha is certified EU Organic and JAS. Certain grades also carry Kosher certification. All certificates can be downloaded above or requested via email.
Do you provide documentation for selling within the EU?
Yes. We provide all documentation required for selling matcha within the EU, including EU Organic certificate, COA and product specifications. Each batch is traceable through its batch number on the invoice.
