How does the sample kit work?
After submitting your wholesale form, approved partners receive a personal access code to our partner portal within 24 hours. We also arrange a sample kit so you can evaluate all our grades before placing your first order. We only ask you to cover the shipping costs — and we deduct these from your first order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard wholesale orders start from 1 kg. We also offer trial orders from 250g so you can test how a grade performs before scaling up. Full pricing and volume discounts are available on our wholesale partner portal.
Where is the matcha shipped from and how long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in the Netherlands via PostNL or DHL. Standard delivery within Europe is 5 to 10 business days.
Is your matcha EU Organic certified? Can I use the official organic label in my country?
Yes. Our matcha carries EU Organic and JAS certification. This means it can be marketed under the official organic label across the EU.
Are you a producer or a reseller?
We are not producers ourselves. We work directly with a small number of trusted family farms in Aichi and Kagoshima, Japan. No middlemen — we source fresh batches throughout the year and ship directly from our EU stock.
Do you offer private label or custom packaging?
We supply matcha in standard bulk packaging per kg. Most of our partners handle their own retail packaging from there. We do offer a pre-packing service in 30g resealable pouches or 30g airtight tins (unlabeled). Custom branded packaging or labeling is not something we offer ourselves.
Can I request lab reports or a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch is tested for pesticides, heavy metals and microbiology. COA and lab reports are available on request for all grades.
How do I place an order?
Once you've received your sample kit and chosen your grade, simply reach out to us via email or through the wholesale form. We'll take care of the rest and confirm your order directly.
