FAQ

Where is your matcha sourced from? Our matcha is sourced directly from trusted family farms in Aichi and Shizuoka, Japan — two of the country's most respected tea-growing regions. We work with the same farms year-round to ensure consistent quality every season.

How do you ensure consistent quality? Every batch is organically certified and lab-tested for pesticides, heavy metals and microbiology before it ships. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available on request.

What grades do you offer? We offer two categories: Ceremonial Grade (A+ and A++) for drinks, lattes and premium applications, and Culinary Grade (B++) for desserts, baking and recipes. We're happy to advise which grade suits your business best.

Can I start with smaller volumes before scaling? Yes. Wholesale orders start from 250g, with volume pricing available from 1kg and above. This lets you test the product with your customers before committing to larger quantities.

Do you offer samples? Yes. You can request a free sample kit via our wholesale form. Samples include selected grades along with full product information and wholesale pricing.

What are your typical delivery times? Standard delivery within Europe takes 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and product type.

What types of businesses do you work with? We work with cafés, restaurants, bakeries, gyms, wellness studios, retailers and food brands across Europe that value quality, consistency and long-term partnerships.
