Welcome to Yume Maza. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules for using our website, products, and services. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, we kindly ask you not to use our Services.

2. Scope of Terms
These Terms apply to all agreements between you (the “Customer”) and Yume Maza (“we”, “us” or “our”), including purchases of goods or services, subscription plans, and use of our website.
Separate terms may apply to business-to-business (B2B) orders. Please contact us for wholesale or reseller terms.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
All orders are subject to acceptance. You will receive an order confirmation by email once we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, including for pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept various payment methods via secure checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the Netherlands and selected international countries.
- Free shipping applies to Dutch orders above €50.
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs procedures.
6. Pre-Orders
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are provided for reference. Actual delivery may vary.
Pre-orders can be cancelled only before shipment has taken place.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription plans (if available) require a minimum term of three (3) months.
After this period, subscriptions may be cancelled by email at least five (5) days before the next renewal date.
Ongoing billing periods are non-refundable.
8. Returns and Refunds
Consumers have the right to return unopened goods within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned item.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, visuals, packaging, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Yume Maza.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our liability is always limited to the total value of the order in question.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, war, or government actions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be published on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
