At Yume Maza, we take pride in offering high-quality matcha made with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Since we sell food products, opened or partially used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@yumemaza.com with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@yumemaza.com so we can make it right.
4. Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@yumemaza.com.
