We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
1. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Since we sell food products, opened or partially used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will investigate and provide a solution.
4. Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
