At Yume Maza, we take pride in offering high-quality matcha and accessories. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

1. What can be returned? Due to the nature of food products, matcha cannot be returned once purchased. We only accept returns on tools and accessories (such as whisks, spoons and starter kits) within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions: items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.

2. How to initiate a return To start a return, contact us at info@yumemaza.com with your order details. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@yumemaza.com and we'll make it right.

4. Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@yumemaza.com.
